Stop Using MidJourney, This FREE AI Can Make You $5280/Month Instead!

In recent months MidJourney has been one of the main AI tools for side hustles and money making methods. But if you don’t want to spend 10 dollars a month on MidJourney, there’s an alternative with a free forever plan that delivers similar results. Introducing Leonardo.AI. This AI has been getting some major updates, and now has the capabilities to compete with MidJourney. In this video I'll go through the features of Leonardo AI, explain why Leonardo AI is better than MidJourney, and show you how to use this completely free AI to make money online. How To Get Access To Leonardo AI Firstly go to their site, click on Create an account, and input your name and email address. You'll be redirected to a thank you page where you'll be asked to complete a survey to get instant access. But let me tell you a secret: you don't even have to fill out this form. Just go back to the website. In the top right corner, click "Start using Leonardo" then "Yes. I'm whitelisted.” Now, you'll need to click "Login" to Leonardo AI. Log in using the email you provided at the start, and that's it! You've got early access to Leonardo AI. Why Leonardo AI Is Better Than MidJourney Here is the home page. As you can see, Leonardo AI is web based, so you don't even need a Discord account like with MidJourney, which is way more convenient in my opinion. You'll be able to look at past creations that were made using Leonardo AI. All of these are super high quality just like the images you’d be able to create with MidJourney. What I really like about this is that it offers the ability to see the prompt, and all the settings that were used to generate an image. You also have the option to see the image with different upscaling options. But what makes Leonardo AI a real game changer is that if you head to their Frequently Asked Questions channel, you can find that you are free to use the images you generated commercially. This totally beats MidJourney since it requires a monthly plan for commercial rights. Like many text-to-image services, Leonardo AI uses a token system which initially put me off. But that's when I realized that you get 150 tokens that reload every 24 hours. Which means you can generate 150 images a day, which is plenty. And you can sign up with different email addresses if you need to generate more. Alright, to start generating your AI images, head to “AI Generation Tool” in the left panel. Leonardo's Features This page has tons of things to look at so we'll take these things really slowly. Here we have a field to input your image prompt. Below that under Finetuned Model, you can choose a model. Click "Select Custom Model" to see all the models Leonardo has to offer in the Platform Model tab. These models are trained for different image generation purposes. You can also check out the "Community Model," which are models created by the users themselves. Next, you can add a negative prompt, meaning what shouldn't be in our image. Further down, there are tabs for "Image Generation", which is where your image generations show up and "Prompt Generation”. This is a unique tool that you definitely won't find in MidJourney. It will give you more detailed prompts from a simple prompt. For example if you type in 'a car in a forest' and click "Ideate", it will come up with a number of more complex concepts with our given prompt. On the left side you have a few interesting options, some of which don't come with MidJourney’s limited free plan. Here you're able to pick the number of images that you want to generate per prompt. The default is set to 4, which is fine for most purposes if you have a good prompt. "Photo Real" is a new beta that only works with "Alchemy", which is another paid feature that greatly enhances your final images. As a new user you’d have several Alchemy generations per day, but I don’t recommend using it if you’re not on a paid plan because it costs 8 tokens per generation for the smallest dimension. "Prompt Magic" is a feature that ensures better prompt adherence. This’ll cost an extra token. Next you have the "Image Dimensions". Each Leonardo model has been trained on a different dimension, so just choose the recommended dimension for the model you’re using for the best results. Then you have the "Guidance Scale", this is basically how strongly your prompt is weighted. Or in other words, how much creative freedom Leonardo gets to generate your image. I'd recommend something near 7. After that you have this very handy option called "Tiling". This is really useful if you're creating repeating patterns or textures. Lastly, we have these two options: "Image To Image" and "Image Prompt". Image to image will use an image that you upload as a starting off point, and with image prompt you can upload 5 images max to influence the final result. With the business model I’m about to show you, you’ll make good use of this feature. How To Make Money With Leonardo AI At the beginning of this video, I promised to show you a way to make money using Leonardo AI. And it’s actually a very simple process. Using these two floral pattern designs and Leonardo's powerful AI, we'll create our own unique digital pattern that we can then use to sell on marketplaces like Etsy. To find your reference images, go to Google or Pinterest and type in a general prompt to get some style references. Back to Leonardo AI, to start, let's select 4 variations. I’ll turn on "Prompt Magic V2" and "High Contrast." For this model the resolution will be 1024 by 1024. Don't forget to enable "Tiling." Now, my prompt here will be: “Develop a seamless spring floral pattern background, best quality, in the Scandinavian style, vintage flowers, retro colors, vector art, fantasy art, watercolor effect, 4K resolution, photorealistic rendering, using Cinema 4D”. Now this prompt itself generates some pretty cool results, but we can take it a step further. I’ll go to image prompt and upload our two images. I’ll select 0.5 for the "Image Weight", and 0.6 for the "Prompt Magic Strength". And then click "Generate." You'll have to wait for a bit. If you're not happy with the generations, you can click "Generate" a few more time for more to choose from. After that, just click on the one you like. Unlike MidJourney, you have a lot of functions to manipulate your image. You can delete the image, download the image, copy to clipboard, unzoom image, which will scale down the original image and give you more detail. And you can remove the background if needed. We have several image upscaling options here, but for our pattern I'll choose "HD Crisp Upscale". We'll need to wait a bit, and after that, we have a finished image that we can sell. You can generate a few more similar images and sell patterns like these on Etsy, but let's look at a more interesting method. Using Printify, we'll create a physical product that the Printify team will make for us. What makes this method so easy is that we won't even have to worry about packaging or shipping. Printify will take care of everything. On the Printify website, choose this pillow template, or any bestseller product and then click on "Start Designing". Next, simply upload your image onto the blank mockup. Since our product is a pattern, click on "Create Pattern". Then you can scale up or scale down the pattern for the most visually appealing result,. Once you've done all that, choose "Preview". Here, you can see how your pattern will look in the end. With this pattern you can also sell other products, such as phone cases, tumblers, tote bags, notebooks, and many more. All that's left for you to do is to list your product on Etsy and start making money. CRAZY! 1,000 YouTube Shorts in 17 MINUTES... (Canva + ChatGPT)

this faceless YouTube channel is making up to 41 000 a month just by creating and uploading YouTube shorts and the best part is it's all done by AI the titles the descriptions the hashtags and the content were all generated using AI here's one of their latest videos now as you can see it's just relatable and shareable content and I'm going to show you how to create over a thousand of these absolutely free in no time at all we're going to use two AI tools to make this happen and automate everything we're doing the first tool we're using is chatgpt I put a link in the description for you and I'll see you in a second now to access chatgpt you're ChatGPT Prompt going to sign up for an account and when you log in you're going to see a screen that looks just like this the only difference is you might not see the plus icon because we do have a paid chat GPT account but you will have access to this so what I'm going to do is I'm going to put the exact prompt that I'm going to show you in a second right below this video along with the secondary prompt and it's already engineered to give you exactly what we're after here so what I'm going to do is I'm going to go ahead and copy and paste that prompt in and let me walk you through what we have here so basically we are going to ask it to create 50 sets of facts and sets being the topic the part one and the part two just like you saw in the example video I'm giving it a bunch of examples below this and I'm also asking it to format it in a way that we can copy and paste this into our next tool so it becomes really really easy and so it's going to give you a table with that breakdown step by step and I also asked it to adjust with a couple different fact types so psychology Crush relationship uh boy girl so on and so that way we're going to get a really nice variety and I also made it uh very specifically focus on stuff that's very relatable so that way it's highly shareable highly engagement driven this is going to be exactly what we're after and what you typically see on YouTube that you would otherwise interact with so we have our prompt that's been engineered quite a few times he played around with this quite a lot and then all of our examples just so it has a sense of what we're after with a bunch of different variations and so all we're going to do is copy and paste it in hit send message and we're going to let it generate you just want to do a quick check is this what you're after in this case is exactly what we're after we have our column one of different types of facts our column two of the starting point and our column three of the end uh kind of the the punch line uh as it were so this is going to generate us 50 facts to start you can adjust this number I wouldn't go beyond 50 somewhere between 30 and 50 is The Sweet Spot to get the best quality out of chat GPT if you ask for 100 facts or 200 facts it may or may not give it to you to begin with but it may also just give you a lot of garbage because it's trying to fit a lot into one short prompt whereas when you ask for a smaller amount it does focus more on quality within that so here's the first 50 uh if we wanted to get to a thousand we're just going to copy and paste the second prompt in which is this one right here just says come up with 50 more using the same specifications do not repeat the previous ones that way we get all unique I'm not going to have you sit here and watch me generate a thousand videos worth of prompts so we're gonna start with just these 50 and then we'll move on and you can of course just follow along if you wanted to generate a thousand or two thousand uh or even five or six thousand we generated over a thousand when we tested this out without any issue following the exact same flow so I know it can happen so that said what we're going to want to do now is copy everything we have here so let's copy this entire table and copy that and we're going to move on to our next tool which we're going to use to do some automated editing so we can put this all together and do tons and tons of videos at once and you're going to see here I'm going to be able to generate 50 videos with just a little bit of tweaking and adjusting all right Create YouTube Shorts Template so now we're at canva.com you can either just click the link in the description to go ahead and end up here or go to canva.com in your browser and you want to go ahead and sign up for an account a free account and then when you've signed up or you've logged in you will see this screen now what we're going to do here is we're going to click the search bar in the middle here and type in YouTube shorts we're going to select the YouTube shorts template here and then we are going to go ahead and select create blank template Add Background Video and this is going to go ahead and give us a brand new template ready to use and we're going to be doing a handful of things to get this template ready to then start the automated video creation side so what we're going to do is we're going to add a background video we're going to add some text placeholders for our topic our part one text and our part two text and then we are going to import all of our data so first step let's add a video background here so we're going to click on apps in the bottom left here and then we're going to scroll down a little bit until you see videos here you can also go ahead and search this in the search bar here but when you find it let's click videos and here in the search bar we are going to go ahead and type something like beach or sunset or any of those types of things we want something that has kind of an ambient nature just like what you saw in the example so let's do sunset Choose Video and we just want to choose any of these videos here as you can see there's ones that have this little crown on them when we go to the actual bulk creation you will need to set up a free trial and you can actually go ahead and set up the free trial and then immediately cancel and you'll still be able to use it so that is what I would recommend but that's why I see a bunch of these with these little Crowns if you don't have your free trial activated yet you may not see any of those you'll just see ones like this that don't have anything beside it that means they're free to use and this actually is the one that I would probably recommend uh maybe this one but I think this one is actually exactly what we're after in terms of an ambient background that's not going to interfere with the text or attract too much attention so what we're going to do is when you find the video you like we're going to click on it and we're going to drag it to the edge of your little editor window here this is going to make it look just like what you're seeing now where it's attempting to put it as the entire background of your editing window which is exactly what we want so if I let go of my mouse cursor here you can see it's applied as a background video and so now we just need to clean this up so it's ready to start putting text on it and to do that we are going to make this much shorter because one minute is way too long we only really need a five to six second Total video and we're also going to make sure that any additional background noise or background music that's already applied to this video is not carried forward so to shorten it up we'll click the little cut icon here and we're going to drag this all the way down to six seconds I think that's more than enough of a length here if you don't quite get it that's fine you can also just type in six seconds here so I'm just gonna get rid of that Add Text and we'll hit done and now we have a six second video down from a 60 second video the last thing we're going to do is get rid of any audio or noise in the background so go ahead and click on the video click the volume icon drag this all the way down and you're good to go now we're going to go ahead and add our text before we go ahead and connect it up to our data to fully automate the creation part so let's go to text we're just going to drag in any of these textiles because we're going to add some adjusting to it so this is our first piece of text which is going to be the topic so I'm just going to replace this text with the word topic and then I'm going to go ahead and drag it up to the top here this is about where I want it and now I'm going to go ahead and style it so to adjust that I'm going to double click so I highlight everything I'm going to click color at the top here change it to White and I'm also going to add a background like you saw in the example so we'll click effects we'll go to background and by default it usually is black but if not click the color select black and we'll click out of that and you can see we have our topic text basically ready to go I'm going to go ahead and also change the font though because I think this one doesn't look as good as it could I'm going to try this one that looks not too bad I like that so I'm going to use that font but really you can choose any font you want there are tons and tons and tons to choose from and if you're using the free trial you can go ahead and upload your own fonts or search and it does use the Google font Library so there are tons to choose from so choose whatever you like Duplicate Text whatever you want for your style and then what we're going to do is we are going to click on this and duplicate we're going to drag this down and this is going to act as our part one text so I'll double click in and I'm going to replace the text here with just part one just so we identify what's what and I am also going to get rid of the background so if I click on this element here the text I'll click effect I'm going to get rid of the background so just click none for style but I am going to add an outline because as you can see here it's already hard to read with just the background that's going on so I'll click outline I'm going to use color black and I'm going to increase the thickness here to about 80. maybe a little bit more maybe 85 leave it as 86 I can get 85 and as you can see much easier to read already Edges so that's what we want for the text there now there is a part two and what we're actually going to do is click on part one the text here and click duplicate and we're just going to drag it down we do want it to eventually show in the same place where part one is going to be but if you go ahead and just leave it there it's going to be really hard to connect the data so that way we can have this automate and you'll see what I mean in just a second but there's one last thing that we want to do for both of these sets of text because they might be very long whereas the topic is typically short it's two words the text in part one and part two can get long depends on what chat GPT gave us so what we're going to do is the edge of each of these purple boxes for part part one text and part two text let me actually change that to part two so that way we know what it is we're going to click and drag from these edges and have them line up to this other purple outline that gives us kind of a box around the entire video and that way when text is put in it's going to go up to these lines but not Beyond it and it's going to start going into line two line three line four and so on and that way we don't have text that just spills over the edge of the video and becomes unreadable to the edge and get this one to the edge there we go so now our template is almost ready to connect our data one last thing we don't want both of these sets of text to show at the same time right it's part one whatever the the hook is part two whatever the punch line is so we want to adjust the timing of when these shows so they don't overlap Timing so to do that we're going to right click on part one and we are going to click show timing this is going to give us a little timeline view at the bottom here where we can click on the edge and drag this around to decide where to show the first part of text and when to show the second part of text and for a six second video I normally like to have most of the video showing the first part and then a shorter amount of the video showing the second part so that way in a case it's a long explanation they potentially have to watch the video twice in order to get the full uh the full fact that way it just allows you to get a higher overall retention higher overall watch rate and as a result your videos can reach more people so for part one we'll leave it at three and a half seconds you can change this to four or five seconds it's up to you but I think three and a half is good and we're going to do the same for part two so if I click on part two you can see we still get the timing here I'm going to change this to show up at three and a half seconds in so when we have actually it'll be two and a half seconds left is that right yep so there we go so part one is going to show and it's going to cut here and then part two will show and we just hit play you'll see that or you should see that click show timing again yep that is applied I'm not sure why they're not actually showing differently there but it's all right uh it'll show when we actually go ahead and apply text to it I believe so now we want to do is we want to go ahead and start connecting all of our text now to do that we're going to use a tool in canva called bulk create so to access that we click apps in the bottom left and you can see it here right where you found videos bulk create if you can't find it use the search bar and when you go ahead and click on it it's going to ask you to enter in all of your data now that's why we asked chat gbt to give us text in a table format so that way we can copy and paste this in and it knows this is one set of text to connect to second set of text to connect to third set of text to connect to so let's go ahead and copy this and we will go into chat GPT here and click enter data manually and then what we're going to do is click the First Column here in the top left and we are just going to paste in all of our text and there we go it's already formatted it knows that these are topics these are part ones these are part twos let's click done Connect to Editor and now it's going to ask you to connect this up to particular elements on your editor so it knows where to display that information so topic let's right click on topic here connect data topic you can see it got squiggly lines around it that means it's been connected up let's do the same for part one and the same for part two and now that this is connected which is where the squiggly lines come in I'm going to drag part 2 back over top of part one because that's where we want both sets of text to show we just want them to show one for three and a half seconds then the other for the last two and a half seconds so what we're going to do is we're going to go ahead and hit continue and then when we hit generate here it's going to generate all 49 videos I'm not sure why it's 49 versus we asked it for 50. um but we ended up with 49 nonetheless so we're going to go ahead and click generate and it's going to create each of these videos so I'll go ahead and hit that now Export to YouTube and here are our 49 videos if I hit play you can see shows the first part then the second part next one first part and then the second part and that goes for all of these and so now if I'm ready to export these I want to go ahead and upload them to YouTube I just hit save or sorry share and I click download and you want to make sure you select this download Pages as separate files that's going to give you 49 separate videos ready to go and we've done all of that with AI and a little bit of automation to make it all happen and you just have to repeat this as many times as you need to get thousands of videos out the door and ready to go for your AI YouTube automation channel so that's all there is to generating thousands of YouTube shorts Instagram reels Facebook reels and tick tocks using AI as well as a little bit of automation you don't need a professional video editor or tons of skills to make this work and if you'd like this video give it a thumbs up and hit subscribe if you're new so that way we'll keep making more videos just like this foreign

How To Make Passive Income With Instagram Theme Pages

last month this account here made me over five thousand dollars in profit without me creating any content posting any content or even running the account it was entirely passive income and so today i'm going to show you how to do it with a full tutorial on growing monetizing and automating your instagram theme page the instagram theme page business model is potentially both one of the most profitable and most underrated businesses slash investment slash assets out there there are people who own meme pages who make more than corporate ceos there are business accounts on instagram that are making more than most businesses there are people who post fitness memes who make more from a single account than many personal trainers will for working all day in a gym there was even a meme page which sold last year for 85 million dollars so how can you get in on this lucrative side hustle build an audience turn it into an income and then make it passive let me show you i'm going to be totally upfront with you i'm putting together this training for you entirely free so you can build and monetize an instagram account in the hopes that once you've done that and you need help scaling it and taking it to the next level whether it be you need someone to manage it whether you need advice on how to scale it you come to me and you work with us if you're already at that point you're welcome to book a discovery call with me down below we'll have a chat and see how we can best help anyway let's get into the video i'm gonna break this down into six key sections which i'll put up on the screen now essentially a theme page is an instagram page about a specific theme whether it be football tennis cryptocurrencies nfts marketing inspirational quotes love a specific movie that you're a fan of an actor that you like whatever it might be it's all all the content is based around one specific theme you build an audience of similar like-minded people then you're gonna monetize this by promoting products and or services that will help this audience and you're gonna earn an income from doing so that the vehicle in which you promote it may vary you might do affiliate marketing where you get paid a commission on the sales you generate you might get paid to simply make posts you get paid per post you might build your own product and then you get paid all of the profits for it there's lots of different vehicles behind it but essentially build an audience of people around a specific name sell them products that they're going to benefit from and enjoy and currently that's the best way that i'm generating passive income without my time i do affiliate marketing on this youtube channel but obviously you have to create videos like this one so first things first you need to pick a niche it should be obvious but a theme page is about a specific theme you have to pick a niche but what needs should you pick well there are pros and cons to each and every niche some of them have got more competition some of them have got less competition some of them are more profitable some of them are less profitable but at the end of the day you have to pick a niche that you yourself are really interested in if you do not like business you hate capitalists you don't like motivational quotes then don't go into that niche just because you see that i've made money in that niche because if you don't actually enjoy it then after the first couple months if you haven't seen crazy results you're gonna give up and quit and often in this business like any business you might spend two three four five six months seeing very little results as far as income goes and then on month seven things start exploding so if you pick a niche that you are genuinely passionate about you will stick through it for those first few months where you might not be seeing insane results and then eventually it's going to start taking off whereas if you didn't enjoy the niche you'd probably give it up and not see it through the reason i started my account in the business motivation niche is because i just wanted to create like a dream board style thing called cars called quotes call houses and that evolved into just cool quotes because that's what i found that i was interested in i was reading lots of books on the subject i was meeting lots of people doing that and it was just a topic i liked as far as picking a niche it'll make money generally the three most profitable niches for this sort of thing is health wealth and happiness so if you pick a nation any one of those there will usually be a lot of good offers inside of them and you want to go a bit further and go for a bit of a sub-niche of one of those niches you don't just want to pick health or just want to pick wealth etc but you might decide that you're really into health so you pick health and then you might go into a specific sub-niche of that which might be healthy food or maybe it is fitness tips or maybe it is i don't know uh holistic health and then you can build your account in that niche so the first thing is you're writing down what niche you're going to target and then you're going to create an account inside of that niche and set it up you're going to try and find a username that is relevant to the niche that represents it that's not too spammy you don't want to have a bunch of dots and underscores in there you want to create an account with maximum one dot and or underscore in the name similar to millionaire.dream millennia underscore mentor etc if you happen to be able to get like a one word username in your niche that is really really good and will help you a lot i've got an account that i'm about to start growing called at crew accru which will be in the finance niche so i'm going to build that up and having that one word username will help a little bit you're then going to explain what the account's all about in your bio which should be pretty self-explanatory if you're posting daily motivational quotes put that in the bio daily motivation to keep you inspired this way people understand what they're getting when they follow your account yeah the second thing that you're gonna do is get into hashtag research now i'm just gonna keep this really simple and dive into my screen and show you how i do this and then you can do with that information what you want so this is a hashtag research tool that i use is called flick it is the only tool that i will recommend to you to grow your instagram theme pages or even personal brand in general aside from like a content creation tool like canva if you are creating your own content but i'll cover that in a separate video now the reason that i use flick as opposed to doing this manually is it takes a process that could take two or three or four or five hours and not be very efficient and not be very effective down to something that's going to take you no more than five minutes and will be highly effective now if you want to get a free trial flick and follow along with this you can use my affiliate link down in the description they don't sponsor these videos i do get a commission if you sign up but like i say this is the only growth tool that i use on instagram and will recommend you and have used for years now once you create your account you're going to connect it to your facebook account and you're going to connect that facebook account to your instagram business profile which will allow you to be a creator account or a business account on instagram which gives you lots more insights and allows you to then grow faster because you can understand what people are sharing what people are interested in and it gives you additional reach so once you've got all that sorted you're going to come across to the search tab and you're going to click smart filters now what this will do and this is pretty much one of the main reasons that i love flick is it'll allow it'll look at your account it'll look at your average engagement it'll look at your follow account all of these things and it'll create filters so that when you search a keyword you are only shown hashtags that you can rank on you're not shown hashtags that are massively competitive that you'll never get the chance of ranking on and you're not shown hashtags that are so tiny and so small that even if you do rank on them they're not going to give you much benefit so that's pretty much one of the main reasons you should be using it is that tool alone now when you're just starting out and you don't have any followers then obviously the hashtags will be very small the tools less relevant because you just want the little ones but as you grow and as you update these hashtags it'll become very very valuable now what you're going to do next is you're going to put in a keyword in your niche so let's say you're creating an account all about golf i'm going to put in golf i like the table view of this as opposed to the group view and it's going to give me as you can see these are the filters they've applied based on my account size i'm going to rank the hashtags based on potential reach so i get the ones that are going to give me the best reach and then i'm going to select hashtags now there's a lot of debate as to how many hashtags you should use should you use three to five like instagram recently recommended should you use 10 to 12 like they recommended in the past or should you use all 30 which used to be the best strategy well after looking at the results of my accounts my clients accounts my students accounts and the subscribers of this channel's accounts which you guys have kindly left your feedback of what's worked for you and what hasn't in the comments of previous videos we found there is no common trend of how many hashtags you should use we've some seen some accounts with a thousand followers use three to five hashtags and get incredible results and after they've been using 30 and getting none we've seen other accounts with the exact same size of an audience who were using 30 hashtags getting good results they switched to three to five because instagram told them to and they got terrible results and now they're back using 30 hashtags and it's working really well so i would suggest creating a set of hashtags that is like three to five a second set of hashtags that is like eight to twelve and the third set of hashtags which is between 25 and 28 hashtags and then you're going to go through those three for the first couple months and look at what one gets you the best results and then use that one the one time i would say there is like a definite answer is if you're over 100k followers which won't take too long on a theme page you should be using like sort of 25 to 28 to maximize your reach that's the only time we've seen a trend of using a set number of hashtags like using the full amount is when you've got a lot of followers anyway we're going to create a hashtag of hashtag set of 12. so a medium sized set of hashtag and i'm just going to select the relevant one so we've got golf golf style love golf golf porn now this one i've got a feeling could be a band hashtag but i'm going to show you how to find out find that out soon um golf game golf training golf lifestyle i'm not going to select the likes of hole in one because a lot of my content if i was running a golf page probably wouldn't be a hole in one content um golf there the same with beautiful golf courses like yes that will be relevant to some posts and i can add that into some posts but it's not going to be relevant on all of them so go for life and i'm gonna see if i can find maybe one more golf love um and then on each post like if i make a post about a whole of one i'll include hashtag holden one or if it's about a driving range hashtag driving range then what i'm gonna do is go to the 10 selected hashtags click audit selection and that is going to show me that actually none of these hashtags are banned or flagged which is good so i thought maybe golf porn would be flagged because of the obvious but it looks like it's not and they're going to check for that sometimes hashtags can be banned or flagged and you might not realize and that'll hurt your reach that's another reason why this tool is so good one hashtag is very large that's okay it's okay to have 10 of them really large if it's relevant and so that gives us a set of 10 hashtags that we can then use in our content it only took a few minutes to do so and you would probably create three sets small medium and large and then you can cycle through those for your content and that is hashtags done then you don't have to worry about them okay moving on to the third phase and that is sourcing good content and this is going to be the main way that you grow is by sourcing the best content your sort of goal as a theme page is to find all of these different creators and accounts that post content in a specific niche find the absolute best content and curate that for your account so people instead of having to follow 30 different golf creators they can follow your one account and they can get all of the best stuff there curated for them on instagram and that is somewhat the value proposition of these accounts so there are sort of two main ways that you're gonna source and create content the first one is where you create it yourself and so this works really well for somewhat educational niches where you can go out there and create content and likes of canva or photoshop that you can then post this is good for motivational quotes this is good for education if you are in the nft industry or if you're in the fitness niche if you're in any of those sort of niches where you're teaching people something or posting news about something so nft news for example then you want to be creating content in the likes of canva and photoshop this is what we do on millionaire.dream this is what you'll see on nft.money and many of these other accounts you'll see that creating content but that's still a theme page you also see this with some meme accounts where they create their own memes and you know it can be applied to a range of different accounts and i a while ago a couple years ago created a tutorial on how to create content using canvas so i will link that somewhere down below or up in the top corner we can go and watch that to learn how to do exactly that now the second strategy for finding content as a fan page or a main page on instagram is sourcing it from other accounts and you do have to be careful here most of the time people just repost other people's content and nothing will happen very occasionally you could get hit with copyright strikes and this is sometimes how accounts get banned or have their reach significantly limited but what people will do here is they will sort of find 20 to 30 accounts in their niche that post really high quality stuff a mix of other theme pages as well as creators in the niche who are creating this content and then they will find the best content from their pages they either pick it by personal taste or they look at what's giving the most engagement they save that and they repost it some people will go out there and ask for permission and i would highly suggest you do this if you are using content from creators you should be asking for their permission just to make sure that you're totally safe in the eyes of copyright because if you've asked someone for permission to post their content you're posting it you're crediting them and the caption they're going to be happy if you're stealing their content posting it without mentioning them they're probably going to get a bit mad they might file a copyright strike against you and then you could get your account taken down now when it comes to content you want to be posting a lot with the theme page like three four five six times a day is i would say relatively normal some people can get away with less especially if you're in a niche where it is relatively new and you can create the best style of content in there if you're the best at what you do you can post less if you look at the likes of visualize value they don't post daily content they've built a massive following and they've made over a million dollars from the brand and they don't post daily so it is acceptable to get away with if you are the best at what you do if not then you're probably going to have to rely on volume and the more pieces of content that you're putting out there the more chances of people finding your brand or account on instagram and then following you turning into a fan it also gives you more data to work with so you can understand what formats of content work the best on your account you can find do reels work better do images work better do images with this style of design work better do images with this style work better do does content on this topic work better or this content then you can work that out with time now that you've picked your niche set up your account you've done your hashtag research and you're sourcing plenty of quality content it's time to go on to part four which is actually how you're to get the account going and sort of launch it to gain initial followers now one strategy that is very much popularized in the niche of theme pages is follow unfollow and you'll see a lot of people that will advocate for this and do this from the start just to get their first few thousand followers because usually it takes to the point where you've got two three four thousand followers before you can start hitting the explore page and gaining followers really quickly organically personally i've never really been a fan of the follow on follow strategy it worked like five six years ago for us it really effectively when i was building millionaire.dream from the start but that was before there was an algorithm and that was before there were people doing this consistently it was much less spammy and it was much more effective nowadays if you go over the top with this you can get yourself action band shadow band and you can even get your account deleted for doing too much of it so it's something you have to be very careful with which is why i often suggest just avoiding it all together the best way you're going to get your account going today is with reels you can find high quality reels or create high quality reels post them on your account and instagram will push them out to lots of people and it can allow you to build an audience quite quickly without any shady tactics if you want to invest more time into growing the first suggestion would be create more slash better reels to post or you can go out there and you can go and engage with other people in your niche you can go and comment on posts as soon as they go live from larger theme pages in your niche try and comment something relatable and then ideally a lot of people like your comment push it to the top and then that that'll allow you to gain followers and they'll be very similar followers that you're trying to attract because if if you're a motivational page and you're going to comment on millionaire.dream on my account you're going to get sort of exposure to my audience which will help you gain followers to do this you probably want to turn on post notifications comment as soon as these posts go live and do it on accounts with like 100k plus followers so that if your comment does get a lot of likes gets voted up to the top of the comment section then you're getting a decent bit of exposure from it but aside from reels dollar 80 using hashtags they're going to be your main three you can invest some money into paying these larger accounts in your niche to promote your account and i would recommend that if you've got a small budget to work with even just a hundred dollars two hundred dollars that you look at investing into this to help get you past that thousand follower mark in most niches in most situations for a couple hundred dollars you can get your theme page to a thousand plus targeted engaged followers and from there you can really just focus on the content side of things to build the account up organically because at that point you've got enough followers to get good engagement on your reels to push those out to more people have people sharing your content and so on one of the other issues with the follow on follow strategy is if you've got no followers and you go out there and follow a hundred people a day for a few weeks and now you're following like 2 000 people and you've got 200 followers that looks really spammy when someone comes across your account and it's just a bit of a turn off so you can invest a couple of hundred dollars into growth you can maybe make that from working at a job for 10 15 hours and then you can invest that into your instagram and go from there now to keep building the account you're pretty much just going to focus on the fundamentals good hashtags good content good reels and sticking around you can also look into doing collaborations to build up the account faster and build your audience that way and you're going to stick at this for sort of like two three four five six 12 months to build up the audience and build up the community of people who just love your account and you can within the space of a year get this into hundreds of thousands of followers quite literally i've had a lot of people dm me on my account on instagram like on my personal accounts um saying that they've gone from zero to 100k in six months following what i've taught them on youtube on this channel entirely free we've had people get to half a million followers in a year following the tips of this channel it is very achievable which at that point once you started building the account up and you've got some momentum you can look at monetizing it which brings us on to part five so like i said at the start of the video to monetize an account you pretty much first build an audience of people in a specific niche and then you're gonna source a product or service that'll help them to generate an income so there are a few ways you can do this i talked about them at the start but selling shout outs is probably the easiest one that takes the least amount of effort and is the most guaranteed and this is where brands or accounts will pay you to post about their brand or their account or their product and they will pay you for it so if you build up a fitness account to a couple hundred thousand followers you might have someone who is an online personal trainer pay you a hundred dollars to post to send them customers and then you make a post promoting this person sending them customers those customers go to that person they're happy they gain a few new followers a few new customers you've made a hundred bucks and all you've done is posted a piece of content to your instagram following which is pretty cool and that is the main strategy as to how i monetize millionaire.dream now i could do a lot of other things and if i was running it myself i could probably make a lot more two three four times as much from it but for me it's just something passive on the side whilst i focus on my business and so that is probably the bare bones basics of how you want to monetize and where i suggest everyone starts if you're looking to invest a bit more time into it you can look at other strategies if you have expertise in the niche you've built an audience in like if you built up an audience in the fitness niche and you actually are a personal trainer you could then offer your coaching services and make more because you can sell like a lot more coaching packages or ebooks compared to shout outs because you don't want to overdo your shout outs and your account because you can lose followers and so that would be a really good strategy if you do have that experience like if you build up an account teaching people about marketing and you run a marketing agency you could leverage it to get clients or if you're a personal trainer you can leverage it to get clients that way too or if you build up an account in the skincare niche and you have an e-commerce brand in the skin care niche you can use it to promote that and get more customers the other things you can look at doing is affiliate marketing so you can go to sites like clickbank and just google and look for products in your niche that your audience would enjoy and then you can promote those products and earn a commission on all the sales you generated this is something that i used to do a lot of on millionaire dream where we would build an audience on the account and then i would find products that they would be interested in so a lot of the time it was the likes of courses or digital products that would help people with marketing with building social media accounts with running online businesses and we promote that and you can earn like 10 20 30 40 50 commissions on the sales you generated so if you promoted a course which was a hundred dollars you could get fifty dollars a sale and so if you can get a handful of sales a day you're making quite a good income you can also look at building a youtube channel so you could build up your instagram account and then you can start a youtube channel in the same niche you've got other people creating the content for you you promote this youtube channel and then you earn an income through the google adsense program where they pay you for the views on your content you can also monetize through the creator program on instagram where you get paid for your reels views and for your content in general i would say you want to look at doing a combination of these strategies so maybe getting paid for the reals bonus program you might be getting paid for the live stream bonus program you might create a youtube channel on the side which you start building up and at the same time you're selling shout outs on your account and for people that dm you with questions about what you do you could offer them one-on-one coaching for example which then leads us into the final point point number six which is how you can automate this process and make it passive now really the way that you want to do this is first you want to build the audience have a solid growth content and monetization strategy in place and then hire someone to run it for you so for my account this is pretty straightforward we've built up the account we've got it to hundreds of thousands of followers at the moment it's about 700 and something thousand followers uh we grow the account through posting the same style of content three four five times a day as well as some instagram reels which we use to grow the account so through the content the hashtags and the reals we're building the account organically so to systemize that it's pretty easy we just need someone that can create content and post it for us three four five times a day and that'll be enough to grow the account then when it comes to monetizing the account we're monetizing it through selling shout outs which can take a little bit more effort than simply creating content but you're just going to be replying to the dms on the account and then selling promotions to them so people will naturally reach out and ask you how much it is for a promotion on your account and which you can get back to them with your prices now one thing we've done to make this simpler is we often just sell promotions to agencies who buy in bulk so there's one agency that we work with and they will bring us anywhere from 10 to 20 promotions per month for their clients and so we have to deal with just one person who will pay us all at once and then we run promotions for their clients and then the other person we do a lot of work with is simply a large entrepreneur who will pay us in bulk for a month's worth of promotions they might pay us 30 promotions at a time and then we run those so it's pretty simple they will just pay us once every four to six weeks and then we will run the promotions for them we'll just schedule them with our content and it's as simple as that and that makes it very easy to outsource because now all we need is someone to create and post content and then just close those deals which are pretty easy to close because businesses we have an ongoing relationship with and run the account which makes it very passive because i personally don't have to do anything they are creating the content posting the content which is growing the account and they're posting the ads for clients as well when all i have to do is invoice those clients and they pay and then it's easy as that now i will say that if you want our team to do this for you like if you've got a motivational account for example i know for a fact we can grow your profile for you without you having to spend any time on it and we can also monetize it by selling more promotions to these clients about so we can just sell your promotions to the agency and to the businesses that we're already working with and we just include them with our pages so we go to these people and instead of saying hey we can give you 30 promotions on millionaire dream and 20 on this account here we say hey we can give you 30 here 20 here 10 on this person's account 10 on that person's account or 30 and 20 on those persons accounts whatever and so we can just monetize it for you very very simply we've got the structure there so if you are interested in that just book a discovery call with me below or send me an email josh cleverpreneur.com and we'll see how we can run it for you and that will generate you passive income and if you're outside of the motivational niche we might be able to make something work too um i can't make as many guarantees on that niche as we don't have a ton of customers in every niche but definitely can help you run it and monetize it for sure now that pretty much sums it up how you can build an instagram theme page in 2022 going forward and turn it into an income stream and then turn it into a passive income stream pick a niche build up the account through content monetize it through finding valuable products and services and then promoting them either as shout outs affiliate marketing uh brand deals etc and then you're gonna monetize it by hiring someone to run that for you once you've got systems in place now all that's left for you to do is go out there take action do this consistently and then let me know your results in the comments below now i've left all the links in the 5 side hustle ideas to earn money quickly + how to start them [UK edition]

if you're currently looking for ways to earn some extra money then a side hustle can be a really good way of earning a few extra hundred pounds a month or maybe even more on the side of your current job or other full-time commitments so in this video i'm going to share with you five side hustles that are easy to start can be started by anybody with no previous experience and require little or no money to get started in and i'm also going to give you some guidance and tips on how to get started in each one [Music] so the term side hustle is a bit of a new and trendy term but essentially it just means anything that you do on the side of your current job to earn a bit of extra money on the side so these are really good because they allow you to not only earn extra money but you can also learn new skills and you can potentially develop these side hustles into long-term careers or businesses if you want to but one of the biggest problems with a lot of videos you see on youtube that talk about side hustles is they mention side hustles that are expensive to start or require lots of previous experience or knowledge in a certain area so what i want to do with this video is focus on the side hustles that are realistic for anybody to get started in so i'm not just going to go and tell you to rent out your second home on airbnb or start up your own iot consultancy out of nowhere and i've thrown in a mixture of online and offline side hustles and all of these have the potential to make a few hundred pounds a month if not more so all of the Criteria side houses on this list contain the following four factors which i think are really important factors that you need to look for when you're looking to start a side hustle they can be started quickly so ideally a side hustle should be able to be started within a few days or a few weeks maybe and it shouldn't require months of previous study or have some sort of lengthy setup process that delays you from getting started it should be free or cheap to get started in so ideally they'll have no setup cost but if there are some costs involved i would recommend spending no more than 50 to 100 pounds on getting started especially if you're a beginner they should be flexible meaning that you can easily work them around your current full-time job or other commitments and they should have some sort of growth potential and that means that you can potentially increase the pay rate over time or you could maybe even turn them into a full-time career or business if you want to so what i'm going to do in this video is run through my list of five side hustles and show you how they fit the criteria of those points i've just mentioned and then i'm going to give you some advice on how to get started in them and as usual with all of my videos there's going to be mentions of lots of websites and resources so if you open up the description below you'll see all of those links and you'll also see timestamps to different points in the video so you can jump to them if you want to and while you're down that way if you wouldn't mind hitting the like button not only does it help out the channel but it also means you can save the video in your liked videos which means you can come and refer to it later when you're actually getting started and if you're feeling really generous you could also hit the subscribe button i make lots of videos on these kind of topics around increasing your income and landing the jobs you want so if you're interested in either of those things it could be really helpful to you the first Online freelancing side hustle on this list is online freelancing online freelancing is providing any kind of digital service to businesses and it's usually done via freelance websites the work involved could be anything from admin assistants writing articles writing copy data entry graphic design research there really is a huge amount of things you can do in online freelancing i also really like this because it's something i've done myself and i know that you can get really good results from it if you put in a bit of time and effort it's really easy to get started in and the flexibility of where and when you can do the work is unbeatable firstly it can be started very quickly all you need to do is sign up to one of these freelance websites and then you can start bidding for work straight away it's cheap to start in fact it's actually free to start when you sign up to these websites there's no initial upfront costs however when you start providing services most websites will take a small percentage of the fee that you charge to the people that you're providing the services to it's really really flexible you can do the work wherever you have your laptop so you can do it on your lunch break you can do it on the train home you can do it at home of course and there is lots and lots of growth potential with online freelancing because you can learn lots of new skills you can grow those skills improve them you can build your profile within these freelance websites you can gather feedback and as you do that you can slowly start to raise your prices and you could even go on to start a business providing those services outside of the freelance websites and this is something i can vouch for somewhat because i actually used to work as a freelance writer on one of the websites i'm going to mention and i was slowly able to increase my skill set learn new things and turn it into a full-time business which actually replaced my full-time job and became my full-time source of income so there's certainly lots of potential for anyone to grow any of these online services into a business if that's something you want to do so how do you get started as an online freelancer well the first thing you need to do is sign up to one of the big uk freelance websites so there are a few that i would recommend going with the first one and my favorite is people per hour which is a really big uk freelance marketplace it has lots of small business owners on there who are looking for people to provide digital services to them we've also got places like fiverr bark up work there are lots out there so i will put a list of these in the description below so you can check them out and then of course you need to decide what sort of services you're going to offer so if you have a quick look on some of these websites have a quick scout around some people's profiles and the jobs on there you'll start to get a good idea of the sort of services that people are looking for and again you want to be looking for things that are in high demand so one tip i can give you is to try and find services where there is evidence of lots of sales of those particular services so for example if you have a look on people per hour here and you're scrolling down and you come across a service here if you look here you can see the number of times the service has been sold and so this will give you a good idea of how popular it is and how much demand there is for it and also you need to pick something that you can only do reasonably well so perhaps it's something you already do at work perhaps it's something you do in your spare time as a hobby or a subject you were good at school and if you're looking around and you don't think any of these skills really match your skill set then just start with some of the more basic skills things like virtual admin type skills formatting typing documents up data entry transcription basic writing tasks and then in the long run you can perhaps look to learn more skills as you start to build your profile and build your skill set you might want to progress to things like coding graphic design video editing you can learn almost anything these days online especially by looking on youtube and there are some really good course sites out there you can use like udemy where they have lots of courses on things like marketing graphic design web design lots and lots of different subjects of course these skills will take you a long time to learn but if you do start to pick up some more of these higher value skills you can charge a lot more from them and that means you can earn a lot more in a week or a month from the side hustle so one way to do this is you could start off offering really basic services and in the meantime you could be learning some more advanced skills and start to slowly bring them into your freelance offering and the next thing you need to do once you've picked what services you're going to offer is you need to create a profile so the profile is a bit like a social media profile but it's just on these freelance websites instead is the first thing a potential buyer will see when they're thinking about buying services from you so it needs to look really good and it needs to explain to them why you're the best person to buy from so a few tips i'll give you in creating a good profile for a freelance website are one is to pick a very specific niche of services to offer um and the reason to do this is because buyers want to buy from experts they don't want to buy from a jack of all trades type so to give you an example of how this works if you wanted to get a haircut and you were given the option of choosing a hairdresser who does nothing but cut hair all day or a person who does a bit of web design a bit of gardening a bit of cleaning and a bit of hairdressing you're probably most likely to choose the full-time hairdresser because they are the expert in that area so when you're creating your profile you want to come across as that kind of expert someone who focuses on a particular area and specializes in those services and the second tip is to add a photo and a real photo of yourself because it just creates a bit of trust when buyers are looking at your profile if they can see your face and free think about what the buyer wants put yourself in their shoes and if you were a business owner looking for these kind of services what would you want would you want a quick turnaround would you want accuracy think about all of those topics and make sure you're addressing them when you write the profile so once you've decided on the services you're going to offer and you've built an attractive profile the next thing you need to do is start bringing jobs in and there are two ways of doing this the first way of doing this and probably the most effective way of doing this when you first start is to bid on projects that have been put onto the website by business owners so for example if we look at people per hour and we go to the search button here we go to search for projects here we can see a big list of projects that have been posted by business owners who are looking for writers to create content for them so you simply scroll through them pick the ones that interest you and that you're confident that you can do write a proposal and that will go straight through to the business owner who then may or may not select you now in the early stages you may find that you get lots of rejections and you certainly won't win every job that you bid for but if you keep plugging away keep proposing for jobs i guarantee you will start to get some in and you'll slowly start to build that profile feedback and it will get easier and easier as time goes on and the second way that you can attract buyers is by creating your own mini adverts within the platform so you'll need to use a mixture of these two approaches and either way you'll probably find it very hard to win jobs in the early stages because other sellers out there will have lots of feedback and when you first start you won't have any so the best way around this that i've personally found works is to start offering really really low prices because if you offer low prices you will attract at least some buyers and then you can start to slowly build your feedback as you complete work for people ask them to leave feedback for you and as you start to grow that feedback the other buyers will then start to trust you more and you can slowly start to raise your prices when i worked as a cv writer on paper i started off charging 10 pounds for a cv but over time as i slowly built my feedback i was able to raise that to 100 pounds of cv so if you stick with it you can make it a lot easier to actually win jobs and bring work in and you can slowly start to increase your prices the second side Task outsourcing hustle on this list is task outsourcing websites now these sites are fairly new but basically what they allow you to do is search for and apply for odd jobs so this could be anything from putting someone's flat pack furniture together to walking their dog to cooking a barbecue for them there really is a huge variety of things that you can do on there and all of them require kind of basic skills or skills that are quite easy to pick up so this can be started really quickly it's just a case of signing up to the websites which can be done in a few minutes and once they've verified you you can start doing jobs in a few days they're cheap to start they literally cost nothing to sign up to however when you start providing services to people the website will take a small percentage of the fees that you charge they're totally flexible because you search for the jobs that interest you and you only have to do the jobs that you apply for and want to take on and of course there is plenty of growth potential with this side hustle because you can in a similar way to the online freelancing you can start to build a profile build more feedback and as you do that you'll get more trust from buyers which means you can increase your prices and of course you could potentially use this as a stepping stone into starting a niche service business of some kind so how do you get started doing a task outsourcing so firstly you need to sign up to one of these major task outsourcing websites the main ones in the uk are airtasker and taskrabbit i'll put links for those in the description but i'm sure if you were to run a google search there'd be a few more out there as well signing up really quick you'll just need to enter a few details and then they will ask you for some kind of id verification once they've verified your id you can then start applying for jobs within a few days so then you need to decide on what sort of task services you can offer now if you have a look on these sites you'll see there's a big demand for handyman type work so diy type work garden clearance things like that so have a look around and see what kind of services match the skills that you already have or pick some basic skills that are quite easy to learn and then you create a profile and again it's similar to the online freelancer and you wanted to create a nice attractive profile that tells people why they should hire you is very clear about the services you can offer and again put yourself into the shoes of the buyer and try and think about all the things that they need and mention them in the profile once you're signed up and you have your profile ready again there are two ways that you can actually win jobs on this platform the first is that buyers can actually search and contact you directly so you won't have to do anything for that particular method but you can also be more proactive by searching for projects posted by potential buyers so for example somebody might say i need someone to come around and put my flat pack table together you would simply apply for that job directly via the platform and then that person would choose whether or not to hire you for that job so again it'd be a case of looking through lots of these projects applying to plenty of them and trying to get in as many as possible and again you may find it difficult to land jobs in the early stages because once again you're competing with people who already have feedback so what i would suggest again is to go in at a low price initially to attract some early buyers and then once you've had a few projects under your belt and you start to build some feedback you can then slowly start to rise those prices and you'll also find it easier to win jobs when you've got a better profile the Airbnb experiences third side hustle on this list is listing airbnb experiences i'm sure you know who airbnb are they are the huge global platform who allow homeowners to rent out their properties to tourists but they've also recently started allowing people to list experiences on the platform as well as properties so these could be anything from local walking tours or tours of historic buildings restaurants cafes it could be an art lesson in your front room it could be a coffee tasting experience it really could be anything if you have a look on the platform there are lots and lots of different options on there so what this allows you to do is to offer one of these services and list it on the platform and when people are renting properties in your area airbnb will then show your experience listing and people have the potential to then come and book that experience with you and generally speaking the more unique the better with these people tend to be looking for unique experiences that they can't find anywhere else and aren't available with the mainstream holiday operators so the good things about this side hustle is that it can be started quickly you sign up to airbnb experiences you need to get verified by providing some id and proof of address and once you've done that you set up your page and start selling your experience right away it's cheap to start because it's totally free to sign up as a seller of an airbnb experience but airbnb do take a cut of every sale that you make of course so you need to factor that into your pricing and of course it's very flexible because you set the days and the hours in which you choose to deliver these experiences and of course it would be best to offer these experiences at the weekends because your main customers are going to be tourists and of course there is growth potential with this because within your profile page on airbnb there is a feedback system and as you start to grow your feedback and your experience starts to become more popular and well known you can of course start to bring in more customers and raise your prices and you could of course perhaps turn this into a long-term business that you run outside of airbnb in the long run so to get started as an airbnb experience provider the first thing you need to do of course is to sign up to the airbnb experiences platform this can be done in a few minutes just filling out a few simple details they will also ask some verification some id and possibly some proof of address once they verified that you can then start your listing and you could be up and running services within a few days then you need to decide on what sort of service you're going to offer if you have a quick look on the site you'll see there are lots and lots of weird and wonderful things out there i've seen experiences for doing yoga with goats on boats i've seen experiences for cocktail nights with drag queens there is a huge range of weird and wonderful things that you can offer so i would you know try to pick something that is popular with a unique twist on it so for example i saw one the other day for a harry potter walking tour of london so what that person has done is taken something that's very very popular and just put a little twist on it so you know walking tours of london there are lots of them out there so you know it'd be very very um competitive if you were just to do a straightforward walking tour but by putting a popular twist on it like harry potter you're making a bit more unique make it stand out more make it more interesting and i think that's going to probably make it more likely for people to buy from you and you might also need to secure a venue to do one of these experiences depending on the type of experience you're going to offer for example if it's a cooking class or a dance class or something like that you're going to need some kind of indoor space now a lot of people run these in their own homes which is obviously great because that won't cost anything but if you do need to hire some sort of venue make sure you keep the cost down as much as you can but ideally you know you want to do something that doesn't require any venue so something like a walking tour a hiking tour a tour of local restaurants or something like that so that you don't necessarily need a venue to do it and then you'll need to create a page for the experience the way that these experiences work on the airbnb platform is that when somebody books a hotel or a house or whatever it might be in your area the local experiences that are available will also be shown to them and they will market to them on a regular basis through the website for emails and things like that so if you have an experience listed in an area where somebody's bought then they will probably show your experience to them a few times and obviously if they're interested they will click on it and have a look so your page needs to encourage people to make this booking with you so you need to give a good explanation of the experience you need to tell people why it's fun why it's unique why they should do it and why they won't find anywhere else another thing you need to do is include lots of photos and videos airbnb give you the opportunity to include plenty of images and videos so i would suggest adding lots of pictures lots of videos and giving people a real good idea of the type of thing you're going to offer if it's something you haven't already done then you can of course perhaps do it with some friends so that you can get some footage some pictures and video and then you can look to put that on your experience page and also try to be a bit genuine and personal because with these experiences people are looking for locals and they were looking for real people they're not looking for the sort of usual corporate stuff you get with the big holiday firm so try and be a bit more unique and personal uh you know when you're writing about the experience and of course price your experience realistically have a look around your local area do some research see what kind of similar experiences are already being done and try to put your pricing around about the same point and once you started running the experience i would suggest refining over time based on the feedback you get for example if there's a certain part of your experience that people really love and they always tell you this then make sure you expand on that or you do more of it if there are certain areas that people are saying that they don't like or you're not getting much good feedback on them and maybe think about pulling Local service business those out or reducing them the fourth side hustle on this list is starting a local service business now a local service business is just as simple as it sounds it's providing a service to people in your local area so it could be something like gardening house clearance cleaning child mining pet sitting there are lots of options out there and i'll even put a link in the description at two or some pages to give you some inspiration and ideas for things that you could look at now a lot of people these days would perhaps turn their noses up at the idea of doing a service business but the fact is that they are simple to set up they are in high demand and they have really really good profit margins so if we compare them to the factors that i mentioned earlier firstly it can be started quickly now with most local service businesses all you need to do is some sort of simple advertising in the local area and you might need to buy some really basic equipment and learn a couple of basic skills and then you can get started usually within weeks or days local service businesses can be really cheap to start as well so you'll probably need to do some sort of advertising in the local area which can be done relatively cheaply and you may need to buy some equipment but a lot of them don't even require equipment so for example if you're doing house sitting pet sitting child minding something like that you wouldn't even need any equipment they're flexible so most local service businesses can be run around a regular job they can be done the weekends and evenings and in fact a lot of people will prefer to actually have these services done during those periods they have growth potential so a local service business definitely has the potential to grow into a full-time or long-term business if you like you can start to build up regular customers you could even hire staff expand to new areas so there's plenty of potential there so how would you get started in setting up a local service business well firstly what you need to do is you need to pick a service that you're going to deliver so you need to deliver a service that a you can carry out so it needs to be a skill that you already do or needs to be something you can learn pretty easily and also you need to pick something that's in fairly high demand in your area so for example there's no point in starting a gardening business if your area has no gardens you need to pick a service where people already need the surface and you're simply getting in there and delivering it so have a look around your local area look about see what's needed see what services people are already using have a look in the local paper or any kind of other local advertisements that tell you what services are already being delivered and if you're thinking of starting a particular service and you see there are competitors in the area don't be put off by that generally speaking if there's already businesses offering that service in the area that's a very good sign because it means there's already a demand if however you're thinking of starting something and you see there's nobody offering that service in the area then that means you'll need to do a bit more research to make sure that there is some demand for the service because the last thing you want to do is start a business for a service that there's absolutely no demand for in your area so as i said i will put a link in the description below for some ideas for service businesses to give you some inspiration and you can also just run a search for local service business ideas there will be lots of information out there to give you some inspiration to get started then once you've picked the area you want to get into you need to start researching your competitors see what sort of services they offer what prices they charge and ideally you want to put your pricing a little bit lower than the people that are already out there because they're established people so in order to get some new customers in you're probably better off starting off with low prices to try and attract some early buyers and then what i would do to get started in this is to print off some business cards or some leaflets so you know something like 100 or 200 business cards or leaflets you can get really cheap deals on these from websites these days you can even sometimes get um free offers for free business cards i'll put some links in the descriptions to websites that offer these and if there's any free deals i'll put those in as well so within those leaflets you need to describe the services you offer and your charges and put your contact details in there and then once you've got them printed up you then simply deliver them either directly to local houses in your area or you could put them up in local buildings such as community centres shops etc but generally speaking the best way is just door-to-door hand deliver them because you can do it yourself and it's completely free to do and you make sure that the leaflets are actually getting to your potential customers and the second thing i would do with this and this is not essential but i think it would really help is to get a website so these days getting a website doesn't have to be expensive or complicated there are lots of diy website builders out there that allow people with no coding or website experience to actually build a really professional good looking website things like squarespace wix godaddy shopify i'll put links all of these in the description and basically you can sign up to these there's usually a small monthly fee you know we're talking 5 10 20 pounds a month maybe tops and it'll allow you to build a good looking website and put in all the details you need and the two reasons i would suggest getting your website is a just makes you look more professional and b it makes it much easier for you to gather enquiries so let's say for example if you leaflet 100 people and you just put your mobile number on there that's fine but then of course you'll have to be managing that you'll have to be picking up all the calls responding to all the messages and it'll take a lot of time out of your day especially if you've got a busy full-time job and you can't keep answering the phone so if you have a website it will allow people to either email you directly or go onto the website fill out a form and then you can just go and look at the responses at the end of every day and start getting back to people and booking the services in and one tip that i think is really important when you're looking to start and run a local service business is to try and get regular customers booked in because if you can get regular customers booked in you then start to get some form of recurring income which means you're getting you know a regular guaranteed income every month or week from those people so to do this you could offer your customers perhaps some kind of incentive to book in with you a second time after you've delivered their first service perhaps it could be a discount or a loyalty card or something like that but however you choose to do it the key is to develop some way of keeping those Attend focus groups customers coming back and keeping those regular payments coming in the fifth site hostel on this list is attending focus groups focus groups are groups of people who are brought together by companies to test their new products or services they basically pay for you to spend a day or several days sitting with them discussing the new product or service and giving your opinions and feedback it's by no means my favorite side hustle on this list but it's definitely a means-tested way of earning a few hundred pounds a month with fairly minimal effort it can be started quickly simply by signing up to a focus group website it's cheap to start in fact it costs nothing to sign up with these sites and in terms of flexibility it's actually not hugely flexible to be honest because you are very much guided by when the focus groups are available from these companies however you are free to pick and choose the ones that you can attend so there is some degree of flexibility there in terms of growth potential again not a big one but you can of course look to become a regular focus group member for certain companies um but there's no way you can really turn this into a long-term business or career so how do you get started getting into focus groups so it's not really a huge detailed process to get started in focus groups basically all you need to do is sign up to one of the big uk focus group websites so i'll put a link to these in the description below and once you've signed up with them you simply wait for them to contact you with suitable focus screens for you to attend so this is more of what i call a background side hustle it's something you sign up for and then if you get a call you'll go into one of these focus groups and you could earn potentially a few hundred pounds just from one session from a day or two days so it's just something that's worth having in the background perhaps while you work on other side hustles too and the focus groups themselves aren't particularly stressful or difficult so it's a fairly way of earning extra income so that brings me to the end of the video i hope you found it helpful and of course if you have please hit the like button not only does it help out the channel but it allows you to save the video so you can come back and review it later and of course there are plenty more videos on the channel to help you land the jobs you want and increase your income so if you are interested in those topics head over to the channel homepage and have a look around i'm sure you'll find some helpful content on there so thanks very much for watching and best of luck with your new side hustle venture [Music] you

would you like to make some extra money on this side I mean to be honest who wouldn't right things are getting expensive in the UK so I really don't blame you but even apart from that everyone is looking for that side hustle to bring in some extra money and to be honest the first way you think about it is to do a part-time job but then that requires you to actually go someplace and work physically over there to make that extra money and after you've really had a long day at work or at college you don't really want to head out again do you so what if I told you that you could work from the comfort of your home write that from that couch that you're sitting on right now or pretty much anywhere in the world and still make money on the side now if that's something that interests you keep watching all the way till the end hey guys in today's video I'm going to be talking about a new platform I just came across that will help you make money on this side and make money doing something you love so if you haven't heard of task versus basically a company that connects Freelancers from across the world through paid tasks to some of the most disruptive companies in the world as a tasker which is what you'll be once you sign up you can complete paid simple tasks on your own schedule from anywhere in the world the best part you don't What is Taskbus need any special skills to do this all you need to do is sign up and you're ready to do your first task and when a brand new requirements matches the information in your profile tasks will become available to you on the platform and you'll get a notification from taskbus now you're probably wondering why you should sign up with taskbus because there are a bunch of other similar options out there in terms of free lines and gigs but here's exactly why you should sign up with taskbus one of the biggest reasons why I like taskbus is that it is not just any work it's work that is Meaningful and relevant to you assume you're a developer and you want to make some extra money if you sign up to most freelance websites you probably have to do something completely unrelated like teach someone High School mathematics or deliver a career with taskbus you get to experience working with Innovative companies from various industries from self-driving cars to food delivery services and with gigs that are relevant to you there are tasks all the way from content moderation to transcribing audio to AI data labeling from leading Innovative companies so if you're skilled there's a task for you and if you want a task that doesn't require specialized skills or experience there's something for you as well Sample Tasks another great thing about task first is it allows you to work from pretty much anywhere in the world and at your own timelines so even if you have a few hours to spare on that holiday you can just choose to work then if you choose to sign up with taskbus you will get paid on time every time you complete a task and the payments will be added to your taskbarsk account and if you sign up with task first you will benefit from a very supportive community that will play an integral role in your upskilling and professional development let's look at some of the sample tasks if you head over to the website you'll see tasks like Digital customer experience AI data labeling and content moderation transcribing words and speech recording to give you an idea of what some of the sample tasks look like there were tasks a little while ago from a company looking for your past Okay Google data there is also another task where a company was looking for participants to share facial expressions and these are just some examples How it works now I'm sure you're really intrigued to see how this platform works so you can start earning so let me break this down to you you initially sign up with taskbus and it's a fairly simple process you can either create an account or use your Google or Apple account to create an account next up complete your profile your profile is like your resume in this case the projects you qualify for will be on the basis of what you fill in as your profile so remember to fill it carefully once you're done with this you can pick up and complete tasks once you've been accepted and this is what a task will look like Tasks after you sign up and if you don't see anything on your Launchpad don't be too worried your Launchpad is personalized to your profile and there are some tasks that are available specifically to you some customers might require their taskers to be in a particular area or speak a certain language or have a certain profile so it's not unusual for two taskers to see completely different sets of jobs available there are constantly different and new sets of tasks being added that are available to all users so don't be too worried and when a task pops up for you you will receive an email to notify you and that's it you get paid for each of the completed and approved tasks payments are made once a week on Thursdays U.S time for tasks that are approved and sent to your PayPal account within five to ten days of the task being approved if you don't have a PayPal account you'll need to create one but the good news is it is fairly simple if you'd like to create a PayPal account it's very simple just type PayPal and Google it shows you the first link click on that and after that click sign up click for a personal or a business account depending on what you want click next you enter your phone number and click ok so after you reach this screen you fill out all of your details of your home address and click on the check box to say that you can send to the user agreement and go ahead and create your account and if your friends and family sign up with your referral link you will receive a referral bonus after their first task has been completed and approved and that's it now you know everything you need to know on how to sign up for task first and get started I'll leave a link in the description below for you to sign up and if there's anything you need to know you can drop me a message in the comment section below and I will get back I won't keep you for too long go ahead sign up and get ready to make that extra money

I Tried YouTube Shorts For 100 Days | Results

100 days ago I started the YouTube shorts Channel with the goal of reaching 100 000 subscribers by the end of this year 100 days later my channel has reached 230 000 subscribers and now earns more than 400 a week this video is everything that I've learned over the last four months so you can apply these principles to your channel and start seeing similar results principle one Principle One make sure you're interested in your channel topic otherwise you'll lose motivation and give up I am no exception to this principle because I've created three YouTube short channels and only continued to post on the nutmeg Channel this is because I'm interested in the channel topic which is football one channel I gave up on was focused on basketball content and I gained 300 subscribers and reached over 120 000 views after posting for just 19 days consistently despite this channel starting to gain traction I just couldn't bear to create another short I run a topic I just didn't care for if I had spent this time on the nutmeg Channel who knows how large it could be right now so learn from my mistakes and pick a channel topic you're actually Principle Two interested in Prince possible too you are in control of how quickly success comes to your channel if you take the time to publish one show per day and study the performance from every single shot you upload success will come to your channel much faster I posted 39 shorts before I realized I needed to go back and study the performance of my only viral short at the time the difference between my viral short and all the other shorts on my channel was that it had high retention and retention is the most important YouTube metric behind any short going viral on YouTube I identified two techniques that I accidentally applied to the short to make it have high retention and ever since learning these techniques they have been responsible for all of the viral shorts on my channel continue watching to watch me break down these retention techniques and future principles principle 3 if you want to Principle Three make money from YouTube shorts and it's not your original content you have to edit your shorts for my channel it's obvious I didn't create the original content because its famous soccer players from games and interviews and to prove you can make money from this we can look at the YouTube monetization rules for reused content if you edit your shorts you will meet this approved criteria of creating a funny or thoughtful revision of content you didn't originally create and if your content doesn't fall with any of these don'ts you will be making money from YouTube shorts my channel was once flagged for reuse content and momentarily removed from the YouTube Partner program but since I knew I was following the rules I appealed the claim by submitting a video where I showed my video editing files and one day later I was added back to the YouTuber partner program principle 4 aimed to achieve Principle Four High retention in your shorts because as I mentioned retention is a key metric behind any short going viral after studying my first vowel short I noticed within the first second I already had one text edit one highlighted Circle and two sounds these types of edits appeared every two seconds throughout the entire short to keep the viewer engaged both visually and auditory this constantly feeds the viewer with new content and gives them Less Reason to swipe away to do this you will need to know how to use video editing software starting out it can be hard if you've never edited before but don't let it scare you you can learn everything you need to know to edit a viral short within a couple hours of practice principle 5 make your shorts Principle Five appeal to the largest audience possible the second difference I noticed within my first viral short was that it was dedicated to one of the most popular soccer players and it was just his funniest moments this topic appealed to a much wider audience compared to my traditional content which was just focused on die hard football fans another way to attract a wider audience is to create shorts with no words so any language can understand your content you can use emojis and different types of Graphics to draw attention but of course this may not apply to your content because you might be doing some type of talking content that relies on a voice Principle Six principle 6 set realistic goals your main priority if you want to make money from YouTube shorts is to reach the YouTuber partner program this requires you to gain 1 000 subscribers and reach over 10 million short views in a 90-day period this number of views didn't gave me the start until I had posted my first short and got less than 5 000 views I recommend you start by trying to achieve 100 subscribers within a two week period while posting one short per day at this start your channel grows will be slow and you can't give up because one thing about YouTube shorts is that growth is exponential and happens all of a sudden now let's look at my analytics to see how my channel will perform we can see Results over the period my channel reached 140 million views and we can see that I started posting in this initial stage here in this grouping I uploaded my first viral short and took around 13 days before it started to go viral it reached a peak of 500 000 views per day and this was followed to a drop to around 100 000 views and then back to another Peak to around 600 000 views it was in this peak here where I went back and studied what worked within my first viral short and I applied those two principles I explained earlier to increase retention to these two shorts here and to my surprise the two shorts didn't immediately go viral and my channel was averaging around fifty thousand to twenty thousand views per day and I won't lie to you during this time period I gave up on posting frequently because I felt like there was no skill to creating YouTube shorts and it was all luck but my mindset suddenly changed when the two shorts started to be pushed into the algorithm and we reached a peak of around 900 000 views per day and going back to those two shorts we can click and look at both of the performances to just show within around 30 days it did in fact receive minimal views until it started to be pushed into the algorithm after those two shorts went viral it motivated me once again to stop posting and continuing to test my retention principles this is when I uploaded another short based on those principles and it started to be pushed into the algorithm just after 12 days of being published with continued success using those principles I uploaded another two shorts and they both contributed to the highest peak of the channel to around five to six million views per day and then it was followed by if I dropped to around two to three million views per day and this is where we are today and now looking a little bit deeper into our analytics we can see that watch time subscribers and revenue all follow the same Trend and for Revenue you can see I didn't reach the YouTube upon the program for a while since I had to reach the 10 million view threshold and the interesting part about my revenue is that if we change the time period to the last 28 days we can see that almost all the channel Revenue was generated just within the last 28 days where our highest paying day was around 160 dollars and we're now averaging around 50 a day I'm really happy with this performance and I think if I continue to post frequently using those retention principles I've got increases average to around 100 a day and here's my audience tab if you're interested in any of this information and actually at the bottom here it's interesting to see that most my viewers are older than what you might expect because in my opinion my football content is aimed at younger audiences and here's my Revenue tab where we can see how exponential YouTube growth can be by looking at earnings per month in February we first got monetized and every month after the revenue continues to multiply by a significant amount who knows how much it will be next month after I continued to post shorts using the retention principles I mentioned earlier and here's my short RPM if you're interested and as expected the 50 million viewed short contributed the most to earnings over the last 28 days and all my other shorts with around 6 million views earn around 100 each I Outro hope you use these numbers as motivation to start your channel so you can start making money from YouTube shorts as I mentioned in principle 7 you should set realistic goals so my goal is to reach 1 million subscribers before the end of the year so I can reach the one million subscriber play button I encourage you to start a channel and grow along with mine over the rest of the year and I think we'll both be surprised how far we can get my next video will be all about how to edit viral shorts so you can go viral as fast as possible
